What We Do
Team Plan is a full service land consulting firm specializing in designing and obtaining entitlements, development orders, and government approvals for master planned communities, non-residential developments, and mixed-use projects. We are an integral part of the development team formed to represent clients in all settings, including public, private, political, and professional. Our experience allows us to accurately represent clients in negotiations of all manner related to the use of land and to determine the best course of action when formulating solutions to complex governmental, permitting, and design requirements.
Landscape Architecture - Urban Design
At Team Plan we take projects from conception to reality. Our early involvement as the team leader ensures consistency throughout the various review processes. We design and model our clients vision with attention to every detail. In addition, our designers and project managers monitor every step of the review process to ensure timely and accurate responses. Clients utilize the services offered by Team Plan because of our experience, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
3D Visualization and Modeling
Significant advances have been made in computer aided modeling in recent years. Our 3D renderings and animations are realistic and accurate portrayals of the finished product in an existing or proposed environment. Uses include not only marketing and for project approval, but also cost estimating, construction techniques, and architectural design. At Team Plan we have made a significant investment to provide the best possible visualization products for our clients at the most affordable cost.
