Mr. Akers is a highly creative landscape architect whose career spans the United States and Carribean.  His experience includes development, installation, and construction.  Mr. Akers areas of emphasis include site planning, design, and construction details for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, civic, institutional, recreational, hospitality, and mixed-use. 

 His award winning experience in residential landscape architecture includes projects of every dimension and challenge.  His accomplishments have been honored by the Palm Beach Historic Society and highlighted in national publications such as the Architectural Digest, Florida Design, Southern Accents, and Better Homes and Gardens.  Mr. Akers’ is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a B.S. in landscape architecture and is a licensed professional in North Carolina and Florida.

Mr. Borza is a highly creative graphic artist who specializes in traditional and computer generated graphic designs.  His technical expertise includes an award-winning background in AutoCAD which he uses to create life-like 3D renderings, animations, and models.  The cost saving features of his realistic 3D work, especially during the entitlement phase of a project and prior to construction, is widely recognized.

Mr. Borza uses his 3D knowledge in other industry related facets, including virtual reality simulation, video game design, and multi-media presentations with audiences ranging from HOA Boards to the North American International Auto Show. 

Mr. Borza works with LEED architects, is involved in many green projects and organizations, and is the founder of b2bgreen.org, an online green community for environmentally-minded people and businesses.  His work has afforded him the opportunity to have the digital designs under his direction become reality. 

Mr. Carleen has over 15 years of experience in the fields of land planning, landscape architecture, and urban design with prior experience owning and managing a design-build firm.   He specializes in creating master plans for new communities and developments on a grand scale, new-town planning based on sustainable guidelines, community character design guidelines, and golf-course design. 

Mr. Carleen's experience includes sustainable projects in the U.S. and Caribbean that offer a pedestrian scale and an eco-friendly lifestyle.  His work in the Bahamas on the islandU project included site selection, environmental assessments, and town planning for a 3,000 acre parcel on South Andros Island.  As a representative of islandU, he facilitates presentations and guided tours about smart growth, new urbanism, and sustainable design to government officials, interested parties, and stakeholders.  Mr Carleen has performed similar services for projects in St. Lucia, Barbados, and the West Indies. 

Mr. Cunningham has gained expansive knowledge of all aspects of planning and landscape architecture during his 18 year career.  His experience includes project management, from schematic design through construction administration, for a large variety of projects and environments.  Patrick’s experience, project management skills, design techniques, emphasis on the smooth processing of governmental regulatory compliance, and client conductivity immediately contribute to our success.

Mr. Cunningham is recognized for his landscape architecture design and planning work with the Northlake Boulevard Corridor Task Force, Centex Home’s LTC Ranch, Lee County’s Bonita Springs Overlay Zoning/Design Guidelines, and the award winning Lehigh Acres Storefront Beautification Study.  Mr. Cunningham graduated from Ball State University in 1991, where he earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree, and is a licensed professional in both Georgia and Florida.

Mr. Whiteford is an accomplished land planner and seasoned veteran of the entitlement process. As the former Palm Beach County Zoning Director, he oversaw the review and approval of a large variety of projects and reported directly to the Board of County Commissioners, Land Use Advisory Board, and Zoning Commission. His political and technical knowledge of land planning, zoning, site plan approval, subdivision, platting, and permitting serves him well as the Principal of Team Plan Inc.

He is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with a B.A. in environmental studies and biology and holds a masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida.  In addition to being a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Mr. Whiteford is a LEED Accredited Professional, former Secretary and Treasurer of the Palm Beach Branch of the USGBC, former chairman of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission, appointed by the International Code Council (ICC) to the International Green Construction Code (IGCC) General Provisions Advisory Board, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Design, Construction and Planning from the University of Florida.
