Team Plan is committed to assisting local governments with obtaining Federal stimulus dollars and applying them to programs that benefit the community.  We do this by partnering with other energy solution firms and by taking a comprehensive approach to the formation of energy policy, energy plans, and economic development.  Our services include:

Grants, Rebates and Energy Efficiency Opportunites

The Team Plan Sustainability Division maintains an updated list of grants, rebates, and other opportunites for local governments.  These programs are available from a variety of sources, including the Federal government, the State of Florida, and utility providers such as Florida Power and Light (FPL), and are intended to reduce greenhouse gases and make communities more energy efficient.  Check this page often to ensure your community is applying for all available programs for which it qualifies.  Any questions can be directed to Joshua Nichols, LEED AP, Team Plan Sustainability Director, at 561-594-3972.

Energy Symposium

On March 17th, Team Plan, the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU) and the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council hosted an event for local governments to make them aware of grant, rebate, and other opportunities available to make their communities more energy efficient.

Over 40 people attended and heard from a panel of dynamic speakers, including representatives from other local communities, legal experts, consultants, and regional planners.
